Our Executive Leadership Forums are local, membership-based groups of Chief Executives, Managing Directors and other Senior Executives from different businesses and government sectors. They provide opportunities for business leaders to enhance their effectiveness by collaborating with peers.

Our aim is to provide an opportunity for business leaders to become more effective by collaborating with their peers. We focus on improving organisational performance by enhancing both individual and team effectiveness by engaging in a process of mutual learning.

The life of a modern executive is packed with activity, information and pressure. The task of leadership can be isolating, The executive Forum addresses the challenges of leadership by bringing together twelve to sixteen executives from different business sectors in one locality on a monthly basis.

Our aim is to provide an opportunity for business leaders to become more effective by collaborating with their peers. We focus on improving organisational performance by enhancing both individual and team leadership effectiveness.
